Enhance your racing skills with our personalized coaching services designed for all levels of drivers.

There’s a moment every driver knows – when you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling. You’re putting in the laps, you’re working hard, but the time isn’t coming. That’s usually when coaching makes all the difference.
At ACI Motorsports, we’ve built a coaching program that’s grounded in real racing, not theory. We’re an active championship-winning team competing across North America’s biggest Porsche and GT series, and we bring everything we learn on track directly into the work we do with drivers like you. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been racing for years and want to take that next step, we’re here to help you find the performance that’s already in you.
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter coaching. Every driver who comes to us is different – different experience, different goals, different weaknesses, different car. So before anything else, we listen. We find out where you are, where you want to get to, and what’s standing in the way.
Some of the drivers we work with are brand new to circuit driving and just want to build confidence and get the fundamentals right. Others have been racing for years and want to figure out why they keep losing a few tenths in the same corner. Some are preparing to move up into GT4, Porsche Sprint Challenge, or GT World Challenge competition and want to make sure they’re ready.
Whatever stage you’re at, the coaching we put together is built around you – not a template.
We cover every part of what it takes to drive fast and race smart. That means the technical stuff – your inputs, your lines, your data – but also the things that don’t show up on a lap timer, like how you think during a race and how you manage pressure when it matters most.
Private sessions mean you get our full attention. No groups, no divided focus – just honest, direct feedback on your driving and a clear plan for what to work on next.
On-board video is one of the best tools we have, and most drivers are genuinely surprised by what they see when they watch themselves back. We go through your footage together, break down the key moments, and show you exactly where the time is and how to find it.
Data doesn’t lie. We compare your inputs lap by lap, look at where your braking and throttle traces diverge from the benchmark, and build a clear picture of your driving patterns. It’s the same process we use with our professional drivers on race weekends.
Being quick is one thing. Knowing when to use it is another. We work with you on how to approach a race from the moment the lights go out – how to manage your tires, read your opponents, make smart decisions under pressure, and bring it home.
This is the piece a lot of drivers overlook, and it costs them more than they realize. We help you build the focus and composure that let your physical ability actually show up when it counts – on qualifying laps, at race starts, in wheel-to-wheel moments.
Walking a track on foot before you drive it changes how you see it. We walk circuits with drivers, talk through reference points, discuss lines and entry strategies, and make sure you arrive at the first session with a plan rather than just a hope.
There’s a real difference between getting coaching from a driving school and getting it from a team that’s actively competing at the front of professional racing every weekend.
Our coaches aren’t drawing on old experience or second-hand knowledge. They’re working with drivers week in, week out at Sebring, Road America, Watkins Glen, COTA, VIR, and Miami – circuits where the competition is serious and every tenth counts. What they learn in those environments feeds directly into the coaching work they do with you.
We’re Pirelli GT4 America ProAm Team and Driver Champions. We’re IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Champions. We’ve been on the podium consistently through 2024 and 2025 across multiple series. That’s not a pitch – it’s the context that shapes how we think about driver development and what we know actually works.
When you work with ACI, you’re not just getting an instructor. You’re getting access to the thinking, the process, and the standards of a team that wins races for a living.
We keep the process straightforward, because the goal is improvement – not paperwork.
Step 1: Initial Assessment - We start with a conversation. Tell us about your driving background, what you’re working toward, what car you’re in, and what’s been frustrating you. That shapes everything we do from there.
Step 2: On-Track Sessions - Coaching happens at the wheel – either alongside you where regulations allow, or trackside with our team watching closely and feeding back in real time.
Step 3: Debrief and Data Review - After every run, we sit down and go through it together. Video, data, observations – all of it laid out so the feedback is clear and the next session has a clear direction.
Step 4: Strategy and Mental Preparation - Alongside the technical work, we spend time on race-day readiness. How you approach a race mentally is just as important as how fast you are in qualifying.
Step 5: Continuous Development - The best results come from an ongoing relationship, not a single session. We track how you’re progressing, keep adjusting the program as you improve, and keep pushing the standard as your ability grows.
We race and coach at circuits all over the country, which means our coaches know these tracks the way most people only know their daily commute. Road America, Sebring, Watkins Glen, COTA, VIR, Miami – they’ve driven them, strategized on them, and won on them. That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a circuit guide. It comes from laps.
Whether you’re preparing for a specific round on your calendar or just building the kind of broad racecraft that holds up anywhere, we can match your coaching to the circuits and conditions that matter most for your program.
If you’re ready to get serious about your development as a driver, the first step is a conversation. Tell us where you are, where you want to get to, and we’ll take it from there.
