The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport is a purpose-built customer race car designed for GT4 category competition worldwide. Powered by a 3.8-litre flat-six naturally aspirated engine, it produces approximately 425 horsepower, delivering a broad torque curve for strong acceleration out of corners. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed Porsche double-clutch transmission (PDK), featuring lightning-fast gear changes optimised for racing conditions.

The chassis is based on the proven 718 Cayman platform but extensively modified for track performance. It features lightweight composite body panels, a welded-in roll cage, racing bucket seats with six-point harnesses, and FIA-approved safety equipment. Aerodynamic performance is enhanced through a front splitter, rear diffuser, and a fully adjustable rear wing, providing the necessary downforce for high-speed stability.

Braking is handled by racing-specific steel discs with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers, ensuring consistent performance over endurance stints. The car rides on Yokohama or Michelin GT4 racing tyres (series-dependent) wrapped around lightweight forged wheels, with adjustable suspension for precise tuning to each circuit.

The 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport strikes a perfect balance between power, agility, and durability, making it a competitive choice in SRO GT4 America, IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, and other GT4 championships around the globe.
